OUR STORY

Crawford Ker the founder of the Crawford Ker Foundation and Trust, is an NFL alum and founder of Ker's Wing House established in 1994. Ker got introduced to charitable organizations while playing for the Dallas Cowboys, through engaging with the local Children's Hospital. After Ker retired from the NFL he established Ker's Winghouse a chicken wing restaurant chain. While Ker was the CEO of Winghouse, he established an event called Ker's Christmas where the Big Brothers and Big Sisters house of Pinellas County. Would come to the Clearwater location of Ker's Winghouse, and celebrate Christmas with their families and they would be provided with lunch, presents for the children, and photos with Santa for the younger children.

After selling the Winghouse in 2018, Ker had a devotion to establishing a foundation to help support individuals and families who need assistance. This foundation was developed to give back to the community and aid in support through scholarship, education, healthcare, or additional needs. Since being established we have dedicated our efforts towards housing assistance through the help of Habitat of Humanity. As well as the Concussion Legacy Foundation which strives to combat the epidemic of CTE for athletes. The Crawford Ker Foundation Trust continues to support organizations that coincide with the beliefs and ethos of our foundation.
